Tim’s eye for detail and his exceptional ability to communicate with clients has been a tremendous asset to SPIARS’ growth and success. His commitment to excellence and dedication to exceeding client expectations has enabled SPIARS to achieve recognition as a company that takes great pride in producing cost-effective, high-quality work. Tim graduated from Texas A&M.

Matt Dorsett, Civil/Professional Engineer and Director at SPIARS Engineering & Surveying, is responsible for engineering design, project management and construction administration of single-family residential and municipal projects. Matt’s involvement in all aspects of project design ensures SPIARS clients enjoy a level of service above and beyond the industry standard. Matt’s broad knowledge base, project management skills, and ability to build strong and lasting relationships have been key factors in SPIARS’s success in surpassing customer expectations in cost, quality and performance. In addition to his hands-on project design and management, Matt is also engaged in business management and operations.
Matt is a graduate of Texas A&M University (1993) and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. After graduation, he served as a Field Artillery Officer in the United States Army from 1993-1997.

Kevin Wier, Civil/Professional Engineer and Director at SPIARS Engineering & Surveying, is responsible for engineering design, project management and construction administration of multi-family residential and all types of commercial projects. He has an extensive background in urban redevelopment, Greenfield developments, and LEED projects throughout the State of Texas. Kevin is committed to providing superior client service and top-quality results. He has a proven record of success in the delivery of innovative design solutions, enabling customers to meet their goals with cost-effective, high-quality results. In addition to his hands-on project design and management, Kevin is also engaged in business management and operations.
Kevin is a graduate of Texas A&M University (1998) and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.

Danny McCamish received his civil engineering degree from California Polytechnic University in San Luis Obispo, California. He has practiced civil engineering within the land development sector in Texas, Washington, and California. Danny loves to spend time with and travel with his family. His passions also include studying and teaching the Bible, as well as playing and writing music.

As the Office Manager, Melinda leads SPIARS Engineering & Surveying’s bookkeeping, HR, event planning, compliance and office administration. Melinda is recognized for her upstanding character, outstanding leadership, as well as process improvements, dedication to client service and commitment to creating an empowering, results-driven and team-oriented workplace.
Melinda is a graduate of Louisiana State University in Shreveport and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management.

As the Chief Culture Officer, Steve Blaschke works with the leadership team to create alignment in all aspects of SPIARS Engineering, from people, to systems, to processes. Steve’s diverse background spans across food services, high tech, engineering, and telecommunications, allowing him to bring a unique approach to identifying and solidifying best practices throughout the SPIARS Engineering organization. His experience with small to medium sized businesses has prepared him to create a solid launching pad for SPIARS Engineering as they grow and expand their services. Steve is a graduate of Baylor University and holds an International Relations degree (1988) and a Master of Communications (1996) with an emphasis in training and organizational development.
