SPIARS conducted a comprehensive preliminary flood study for Honey Creek and 11 of its tributaries as part of the due diligence effort for a master planned community development in McKinney, Texas. Covering a 38-square-mile watershed, the study focused on quantifying and mapping the flood risks associated with the area, which includes 14 dams.
