Spiars Engineering is proud to have been involved in the Taylor-Burk Drive project located in McKinney, Texas. This greenfield project has allowed them the flexibility to design the road in a way that best suits the community’s needs. Working closely with municipalities on their capital improvement projects, Spiars Engineering values the partnership and collaboration that has led to a successful outcome.
The project’s vision focuses on seamlessly integrating the road into the natural environment, preserving existing trees, a lake, and a drainage channel. With considerations for grading, drainage, water and sewer improvements, streetlight enhancements, and a culvert bridge, the project aims to improve mobility and connectivity for the surrounding development.
We are dedicated to ensuring that the final result harmoniously blends with the surroundings, creating a cohesive and aesthetically pleasing environment. We were grateful for the opportunity to be part of this project and commend the city for their support and cooperation throughout the process.
